What is the ideal location for our new home? |
|
| The age old expression “location, location, location” is tested and true for its many interpretations. The most obvious being that a property or service is well situated to benefit from high levels of unimpeded public traffic. Other interpretations can include the benefits derived from a property’s proximity to regional/municipal services such as public transportation, commuter throughways, and ease of access to commercial and retail centres. These benefits relative to the property are more commonly referred to as agglomeration effects. Typically agglomerate effects are common to most urban homes, but should not be disqualified for rural settings.
